Choose To MoveSM
Choose To Move is a free physical activity program for women that's sponsored by The Almond Board of California. This program shows women how to "choose to move" by exercising regularly, eating healthfully, loving their body, selecting nutritious foods and taking time for themselves. Over the course of the 12-week program, participants will learn how to change their behaviors to incorporate these healthy habits into their lives. More Fun Stuff.
