Calorie Add-ons are not needed on 1,200 calorie plan, if you need to increase your caloric intake for a specific day, you can add Calorie Add-ons to each daily menu in order to increase your daily calories. If you’re losing weight too quickly — more than 1-2 pounds a week after the first week — then you should raise your calorie level.
