Create YOUR Personalized Soup for Life 7-Day Plan Based on 1200 Daily Calories

Page through the 30 days of menu plans on the left side. When you find a menu you like, select the Add menu to My Planner button. Add a total of 7 menus to complete one week of your personalized plan. You can use the up/down arrows, within your Personalized 7-Day Planner, to re-order the menu plans you have selected. You can email or print the plan you create.

You selected a 1,200 calorie plan. Calorie Add-ons are not needed on 1,200 calorie plan, if you need to increase your caloric intake for a specific day, you can add Calorie Add-ons to each daily menu in order to increase your daily calories. If you’re losing weight too quickly — more than 1-2 pounds a week after the first week — then you should raise your calorie level.
